Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.

Blair Flynn is a certified yoga instructor and the wellness blogger behind balancewithb LLC. She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, and the desire to help people connect to their bodies through movement and take control of their health led her to attain RYT 200 certificate. Blair writes for various wellness magazines, leads local and global events teaching yoga and speaking on panels addressing healthy eating, entrepreneurship and mental health awareness.
